1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

2. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’ll get Lunar Aura products to your door.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment easily online.

4. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping information?

We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been shipped.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 30 days of receiving your order.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Beyond that, the order may already be in processing.
